A conversion of 2 double fronted printing works shops into a new Sixt car rental unit. The ground floor consisted of a front of house shop incorporating a moving back wall with screens. This was fabricated in Germany which consisted of liaising on a daily basis with the sourced company assisting us in producing this innovative moving wall.

The basement has been converted into a storage area as well as a staff welfare area (toilets, Kitchen and lounge).
