Originally a quaint local public house with a capacity of 50 people at any one time, we were asked by the owners to transform their venue and bring it up to date with modern features while ensuring the original look and feel of their well respected local establishment was kept as close to the original look as possible. We have converted The Travellers Friend and added some amazing features. We have completely renovated the bar area making it a little more spacious and with modern features while managing to keep and restore some of the original features including bar tops and snob screen. We have also added a 60 seater restaurant to the rear of the venue and a stunning multipurpose function room for up to 60 people on the top floor.
