Our first project for American Vintage was a small but detailed and intricate complete fit out. This consisted of a complete rip out of the basement and shop floor followed by full shop fit with custom built furniture. A complete turn key operation from start to finish delivered on time and on budget.

After the completion of our first project for American Vintage in Commercial street, they soon after acquired another space and reached out to us at Advance PM to move straight on and complete another fit out. The space was originally a restaurant over two floor and three rooms. After completing a full strip out we converted what was originally a kitchen and food prep space in the basement into a storage area incorporating a staff W/C and Kitchen. The main floor required a complete re fit with changing rooms, custom built and fitted furniture, custom storage units and a complete redecoration through. This store also had the benefit of a stunning orangery of which was somewhat worn and tired but now flows perfectly through to the main shop floor. We levelled and applied a Kerakol flooring system, made good all walls and redecorated throughout. Due to the age of the store, a complete rewire was required of which was carried out by our team of highly skilled electricians incorporating all new sound and lighting. This former restaurant required extensive works to bring it up to the standard our client required.

We are currently carrying out our 3rd complete shop fit out for American Vintage in Covent Garden, London.
