This project consisted of a full major refurbishment & structural alterations throughout. On the first floor the outlet originally consisted of a 3 bedroom managers flat including a small commercial kitchen. We removed several load bearing walls and chimney stacks & installed a new staircase for access to a new commercial kitchen & 50 seat restaurant. The ground floor we installed a new disabled toilet, new bar and flooring throughout the venue and a complete external re-decoration
